Challenges
With the replacement of 130 skylights, safety was the primary concern of the building occupants. HP Roofing Pro had to coordinate with the warehouse workers to section off certain parts of the roof to allow HP Roofing Pro to replace the skylights safely. During the skylight replacement, HP Roofing Pro assigned a roofer to manage the traffic inside the warehouse. This allowed the roofers to replace the skylights without anyone inside the building walking underneath them.
Results
The skylights allowed significantly more natural light into the warehouse, which reduced their need to use electricity for lighting. The client was delighted with their new roofing system as their operations became more sustainable by reducing heat transfer into the building.
