Services

HP Roofing Pro provides commercial roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof maintenance, cool roofing, acrylic coatings, seamless roofing systems, skylight installation, and solar panel roofing. All services are performed by licensed professionals under California State License Board (CSLB) License #1043546.

Services are available in our designated service areas across Southern California, Northern California, Colorado, and Oregon. Availability may vary by location.

Estimates and Proposals

All estimates and proposals provided by HP Roofing Pro are based on our professional assessment at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for the period stated in the proposal document. Final project costs may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment.

An estimate or proposal does not constitute a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual project contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding payment beyond the agreed terms.

Warranties

HP Roofing Pro offers manufacturer-backed warranties on qualifying installations, including leak-free warranties of 15 to 25 years on eligible commercial roofing systems. Warranty terms, coverage, and exclusions are detailed in the project contract and manufacturer documentation provided at project completion.

Warranties may be voided by unauthorized modifications, failure to maintain the roof per recommended schedules, or damage caused by events outside normal wear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, HP Roofing Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
